CABIN CREW MEMBER (FLIGHT ATTENDANT)

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during the flight; 
  • Informing passengers about flight conditions and general rules of behavior on board;
  • Providing service on board;
  • Providing first aid if necessary;
  • Maintaining working documentation.

Requirements:

  • Higher or average education;
  • Health condition - meets the requirements of the Aviation Rules of Ukraine;
  • Ability to work in stressful situations and appropriate physical training for the use of aircraft equipment/systems, as provided for by the Airline's procedures;
  • Fluency in the Ukrainian language;
  • English language proficiency not lower than intermediate;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Pleasant appearance, no piercings or tattoos on visible parts of the body;
  • The ability to swim without an auxiliary watercraft and cover a distance of 100 meters;
  • A valid passport with a validity period of at least 5 years. 
     

We are ready to hire both candidates with no experience and those with previous experience as a flight attendant, but girls are preferred.

PLANNING ENGINEER (FLIGHT CREW PLANNING DEPARTMENT)

Job Description:

  • Control of crew composition according to:
  • Standards relating to the qualitative and quantitative composition of the crew;
  • Regulations in accordance with current legislation;
  • Timely input of necessary information and current changes into the N-OC planning system;
  • Preparation of the flight task and supporting documentation required for aircraft crews;
  • Notifying crews of changes to the daily flight plan and adjusting yourself work;
  • Organise transfers and book hotels for crews according to the flight plan;
  • Advising crews.

Requirements:

  • 21 years of age or older;
  • Higher education;
  • Work experience in the aviation industry is an advantage, but we are prepared to consider a candidate without work experience;
  • English language skills not lower than Elementary (A1);
  • Experience of working with large amounts of information;
  • Ability to work as part of a team;
  • Good communication skills.

PLANNING AND MAINTENANCE CONTROL DIVISION ENGINEER

 

Job description:

  • Managing of ACs maintenance schedule of Airline;
  • Planning of maintenance tasks performance according to AC Maintenance program, Statuses of Airworthiness Directives, Statuses of LLP parts;
  • Preparing and issuing of Work order packages for maintenance performance to Aircraft’s maintenance Division and Contracted maintenance organization;
  • Checking of completeness and correctness of maintenance records received by Airline from Contracted maintenance organizations;
  • Keeping and holding maintenance records (in electronic form);
  • Keeping and forwarding maintenance records for storage (in paper form);
  • Providing accessibility, fullness and correctness of maintenance work packages;
  • Monitoring timely performance of maintenance works, engineering orders, airworthiness directives, service bulletins and modifications;
  • Recording maintenance performance data into electronic database (correspondent statuses);
  • Monitoring and recording of AC utilization of Airline and Life-limited components and components with a specified maintenance interval;  

Requirements:

  • Higher professional or polytechnic education (specialist’s/master’s degree);
  • Fluency in the Ukrainian language;
  • English proficiency enough for performance of official duties;
  • Learning Ability and EXCEL fundamental knowledge;

FLIGHT DATA MONITORING ENGINEER

 

Job description:

  • performing work on processing and analyzing flight data of the Airline's aircraft using specialized software;
  • monitoring the timely execution of reading flight data in accordance with the Airline's daily flight plan;
  • systematizing and summarizing flight data analysis materials in reports;
  • developing and improving flight data analysis methods;
  • conducting aircraft engines condition trend monitoring, sending data to the manufacturer or a contract organization that performs analysis of the condition of aircraft engines.

Requirements:

  • full higher aviation or polytechnic education (specialist/master);
  • experience in the field of flight data decoding or continuing airworthiness of aircraft for at least 1 year;
  • availability of training in the "Flight Data Monitoring" program (preferred);
  • ability to use documentation on aircraft maintenance and operation;
  • knowledge of the basics of working in flight data monitoring programs;
  • fluency in a personal computer;
  • proficiency in English sufficient to perform one's duties (ability to read, speak and correspond on the subject of work);

SMS RISK ASSESSMENT ENGINEER

 

Job description:

  • Development of proposals for improving the Airline's safety management system (SMS);
  • Implementation of best practices and advanced classification models (ERCS, etc.) and risk management;
  • Administration of the regulatory framework for risk management;
  • Development of instructional materials and provision of methodological assistance to the Airline's postholders in terms of operational risk management;
  • Administration of the Airline's risk register;
  • Analysis of the achievement of the established SPT and SPI;
  • Control over risk assessment during the implementation of changes in production activities (Management of Change).

Requirements:

  • full higher aviation education (specialist/master);
  • experience in the field of Airline's safety management or compliance monitoring for at least 3 years;
  • understanding of SMS fundamentals, principles and practices;
  • working knowledge of ORO.GEN.200 and ICAO SARPs (Doc 9859, etc.);
  • basic SMS training and specialized risk management training (preferred);
  • fluency in a personal computer;
  • proficiency in English sufficient to perform one's duties (ability to read, speak and correspond on the subject of work);
