RULES OF CONDUCT ON BOARD
The passenger has the right to:
- demand the provision of all services according to the air carriage agreement;
- contact crew members and to demand their protection in cases where his life, health or personal dignity is in danger.
The passenger is obliged to:
- unconditionally comply with the requirements and recommendations of the aircraft commander and crew members:
- observe the generally accepted rules of conduct in public places:
- comply with fire safety rules, sanitary and hygienic, sanitary and anti-epidemic rules:
- comply with the rules for the transport of hazardous substances or objects:
- place hand luggage and personal belongings on specially designated places indicated by the flight attendant. Place heavy items of hand luggage under the seat in front, lighter items on the overhead bins. Hand luggage and personal items must not endanger safety or discomfort for other passengers. Be careful when opening the overhead bins: things can fall out and injure you. The airline is not responsible for hand luggage and personal items brought on board the aircraft:
- follow the signs ≪ No smoking ≫ and ≪ Fasten seat belts ≫. During takeoff and landing, please make sure your seat belt is fastened and your seatback and table are secured in an upright position. We recommend that you do not unfasten your seat belts during the entire flight:
- comply with the requirements for mobile phones - they should not be turned on even in stand-by or in-flight modes:
- at the request of the flight attendant, show a boarding pass during boarding the aircraft. For security purposes, the flight attendant will check the date and flight number to prevent unauthorized access to the aircraft.
The passenger is prohibited to:
- create situations that threaten flight safety, as well as the life (health) of passengers and crew members:
- create situations that contribute to the commission or occurrence of hooligan acts, actions that degrade the honor and dignity of others, as well as aggressive actions on the part of other persons:
- raise your voice, disrespectfully and aggressively treat other passengers and crew members:
- use electronic devices and means of communication during taxiing, takeoff and landing of the aircraft:
- make video and photography in turbulent conditions, during taxiing, takeoff and landing approach from the moment the board ≪ Fasten seat belts ≫ is turned on until it is turned off, also video and photography of other passengers and crew members without their consent:
- use emergency equipment without crew instructions:
- interfere with the performance of the duties of crew members:
- use narcotic and other substances that can cause intoxication of the body:
- consume alcoholic beverages brought on board or purchased during the flight, except for those offered by the crew:
- smoking on board the aircraft, including electronic cigarettes:
- obstruct the aisles, emergency and service doors and approaches to emergency exits:
- damage any equipment or property on board the aircraft:
- remove any equipment or property of the airline from the aircraft.
The rules of conduct for passengers and the current practice of their application provide for the following sanctions:
- application of coercive measures to a person who refuses to comply with the demands of the aircraft commander:
- removal of the offending passenger from the aircraft at the nearest landing point, and in the event of an emergency landing by the aircraft, compensation by the passenger for additional expenses incurred by the airline as a result of his unacceptable behavior:
- the transfer of such a passenger to law enforcement agencies, regardless of the state of landing:
- imprisonment (in some countries - up to two years):
- imposition of a fine (in some countries - more than $ 3,000):
- deprivation of the passenger`s right to further use the services of the carrier, including the termination of an already existing contract without compensation:
- compensation by the passenger for material damage caused him to the airline as a result of damage to its property:
- withdrawal from the passenger for the duration of the flight (with subsequent return upon completion) of alcoholic beverages belonging to him, including those purchased in duty-free shops on board the aircraft:
- termination of serving alcoholic beverages to a passenger who is in a state of alcoholic intoxication or any other intoxication:
- giving the incident maximum publicity in the media and at special Internet sites.
