Safety is one of the key business functions of the Airline, so we will develop, implement, support and continually improve the strategies and processes in order to ensure that all directions of our business are developed in a balanced allocation of available organizational and financial resources aimed on achievement of high levels of safety characteristics and compliance with national and international standards while providing services to our customers.

 

It is my accountability, as the Accountable Manager, to ensure the safety of all Airlines operations and services.

I guarantee that all necessary resources and training will be provided in order to effectively safety management at the Airline.

I guarantee that the hazards to the Airline’s safety will be identified, and the risks assessed, controlled and reduced to an acceptable level.

I encourage all our personnel and stakeholders to report on safety events or potential hazards, even those that may seem insignificant at first.

The safety culture that we have been implementing at the Airline encourages free and open reporting, and ensures that no disciplinary action will be taken against any employee who reports on safety events. 

 

We strive to achieve:

  • accident-free environment;
  • acceptable safety performance indicators;
  • effective safety management system and its continuous improvement;
  • full compliance with the national and international rules applicable to us, and where possible, exceeding them.

I, personally, as the General Director, as well as management and employees at all levels, are responsible for achieving the high safety level.
